Just like the fiasco with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, where were our leaders?</span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:verdana;"></span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:verdana;">Cap &amp; Trade Bill is NOT good for our industry. I am incensed that the National Association of Realtors supported it…this is a BIG mistake for NAR. Cap &amp; Trade is an Energy Tax and it will wreak havoc on the Economy and amplify <a href="http://www.bls.gov/lau/"><span style="color:#3333ff;">UNEMPLOYMENT</span></a>. </span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:verdana;"></span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:verdana;">This Bill will certainly be a detriment to the Real Estate industry when they will dictate to the Homeowner what needs to be done to their Home prior to selling. Cap &amp; Trade will kill the sale of Existing Homes. Can you imagine a Government Agent coming to your Home Sellers and telling them that they need to put a "Solar Reflective Roof” on their House before it could be sold?</span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:verdana;"></span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:verdana;">If this Bill passes the Senate all we may have left is “Pocket change”. Cap &amp; Trade Bill is NOT good for our industry.
